SIMONA® Pipes help maximise the lifetime and roadworthiness of these often spectacular structures and are used to protect steel bridge cables from corrosion and weathering.
A high degree of flexibility and a low weight, excellent weldability and durability are just some of the reasons for choosing thermoplastic piping to protect bridge cables. Helical ribs are integrated into the exterior of the plastic sheathing and serve in particular to deflect dew and rainwater.
The piping is available in various colours to match the supporting structure:
